PRICE INCREASE FOR DAYCARE, BOARDING AND GROOMING SERVICES
To all our Valued Clients’ Owners,
We are writing to inform you of necessary adjustments to our daycare, boarding and grooming rates, effective November 1, 2025. This decision was made with careful consideration and is necessary to continue providing the high-quality care your beloved pets deserve.
Over the past seven years, Pet Palace has worked very hard to keep from raising rates but in order to continue to offer the best possible experience for your furry family members and to keep up with rising operational expenses, such as cleaning supplies, facility upkeep and regular maintenance on equipment to name only a few, we need to adjust our pricing.
This rate adjustment will allow us to continue to provide several playtimes and personalized medical attention that we have never charged as add ons, safe grooming equipment and ensure we continue to have individually trained and compassionate staff handling your furbabies at all times.
We understand that price changes can be an inconvenience, which is why we have waited to make the changes and we truly appreciate your understanding. Your pets are like family to us and our commitment to their health and happiness always remains our top priority!

To keep all your furbabies healthy and safe, we do require Rabies, Bordatella, Distemper/Parvo and Lyme vaccinations and any boosters to be administered and in their system a full two weeks prior to a visit.
